Located on a unique 1 acre lot that overlooks open water and a cove, this magnificent 6 bedroom, 5 bath home is perfect for fun in the sun! Enjoy swimming, fishing, boating and floating.
The house sleeps 14 comfortably in beds in 6 bedrooms that are spread out for privacy - all with their own full bathrooms with exception of the upstairs king and queen that share a full bathroom. It can accommodate up to 16 with an air mattress. It also includes 5 full baths, a fully furnished gourmet kitchen and large living room with TV. All rooms have a view of the lake!
The large master bedroom sleeps 2 with a king bed and includes an oversized sitting area to relax. It attaches to a wonderful sized bathroom, walk-in closet and dressing area. This bedroom has direct access to the outside deck.
The second bedroom sleeps 2 in a king bed with TV and accesses to full bath. The third bedroom sleeps 2 with a queen bed with direct access to full bath. The fourth room sleeps 4 comfortably in bunkbeds along with a TV and access to full bathroom. All these rooms are on the main level and have views of the lake.
Bedroom #5 and #6 are on the second floor with a private entrance from the outside. It includes a king bed for 2 and a separate room with a queen bed for 2. The rooms are separated by open walkway with curtain. In addition, it has a full bath and walk in closet. There is additional floor space for queen air mattress.
A walkway from the house attaches the ½ canopy deck where you can choose sun or shade! Enjoy laying in the hammock, reading a book in one of the swivel chairs or lay on one of the lounge chairs soaking in the sun. The six-burner Weber BBQ is ready for grilling day or night.
Additional features include water floats, 2 kayaks, yard toys, and fishing poles. For the fishing enthusiast, the dock attracts some of the best fish in the lake with a night fishing light. And for the watercraft fanatic, there is a jet ski ramp open for two and one open boat slip available for your use.
The damage deposit of $500 also serves as a reservation fee. The deposit will be refunded if there is no damage to the property. If the booking is canceled at any time, the $500 will not be refunded.

Summary: Our trip was amazing. The property is wonderful. Deborah, the owner, made us feel very welcome. We trailered our boat to the property and Deb sent us maps showing where to go and how to navigate the river system. This was very helpful. The master suite is delightful and the other bedrooms are very comfortable. The home is well stocked with everything you need to make it your own. Word of caution, if you need six private bedrooms, be aware that two of the bedrooms are located on the second floor with a private entrance. The only way to access the second bedroom is through the first. This was not a problem for her group. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing time on the Colorado river and LBJ.

Summary: Can’t say enough great things about our stay, what a wonderful place. Everything was as advertised and pictures don’t do the views justice. Walk out the living room directly out to the covered deck on top of the boat dock. We had 8 adults and 7 kids and all slept very comfortably. Plenty of parking down the long driveway for our trucks and two boat trailers. Debbie was very accommodating and responsive. I could go on and on, everything was great. Can’t wait to go back.

Summary: Our family weekend at the lake was wonderful. This lovely house worked well for all of us. The grandsons particularly liked that each bunk had its own light and plug to charge their machines. What a great idea. All of us thoroughly enjoyed the decks and the play equipment. An extra bonus Sunday night was that we sat on the deck and watched fireworks from every direction. All of the kids had a great time fishing. Enough fish were caught to make them feel like it was a successful activity. I accused our son-in-law of catching the same fish over and over. The kitchen is very nicely stocked and met all of our needs. My husband and I really enjoyed staying in the master suite. The large closet and shower were fabulous. We will definitely recommend this lake house to our friends. Thank you for everything.

Summary: Seamless vacay! We were a large group (16) and were comfortable - one couple used an air mattress, everyone else had beds. Bunk room amazing for kids! The property is well-equipped with rafts, kayaks, etc and the home is beautifully decorated. Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: The property was clean, comfortable, and beautiful! The deck was everyone’s favorite hangout, as it has both covered and uncovered areas. It was so convenient to have our boat right there in the slip. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The only thing to be aware of if you have your boat or trailer with you is that the road to get to the house is narrow with several turns, so tough to navigate with a boat in tow. All in all, our family has a very enjoyable stay here and would highly recommend!

Summary: There were floaties and kayaks for the water dogs, fishing poles for feeding the blue gills, and a gorgeous raised deck for readers/relaxers. Some of the more adventurous rented jet skis and we grilled some amazing steaks bought at Miller’s in Llano. The most echoed sentence through our stay was “this place is perfect!” And even better, when we had questions, Debbie was easy to reach. This property is now a family favorite and we hope to return!
